- Dogs are welcome in some of our Rooms and charged £ 5.00 per night. Please confirm the availability before arrival.
- We offer special rates for groups over 20 guests, Wedding Parties, Special Promotions and can offer a maximum capacity for 48 guests.
- All our prices are per Room for Bed & Breakfast inclusive of VAT.
- Please enquire for Dinner, Bed & Breakfast arrangements for group over 10 guests.
Terms & Conditions
At the point of the booking confirmation we charge a non-refundable deposit of £ 20.00 per adult.
If a confirmed booking is cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date, we reserve the right to charge the full price quoted to you for any night we are unable to re-let.
Bookings are guaranteed until arrival at 6pm. Please state a late arrival at the time of your booking or inform the reception on the day of arrival should you be delayed.
In case a booking is not confirmed in writing or a deposit not received, we reserve the right to re-let the room after 6pm.
Additional Service: Secure Mountain Bike Storage: £2.50 per day, £5.00 per Weekend and £10.00 for one week. Use of Jet-wash facility for bikes £2.50.
